She works alongside Ainstin S Dennis, Founder & Director, in a founder-led teaching environment. Medline Academy® specializes in live online NCLEX-RN education delivered through Malayalam and English explanations.

Pediatric nursing & NCLEX-RN
Pediatric nursing requires an understanding of how patient assessment, communication and nursing care change according to a child's developmental stage and clinical condition. Children may show different patterns of deterioration, require age-appropriate assessments and depend on caregivers to communicate important information.
A learner may remember the normal vital signs of an infant and still struggle to recognize a clinically important change in a pediatric examination scenario. Tincy's approach emphasizes conceptual clarity, structured practice and rationale-based learning — asking not only which answer is correct, but why that decision is appropriate for the particular patient situation.
The objective is to develop more confident, thoughtful and patient-safety-oriented clinical reasoning.
Her educational interests include
Age-appropriate assessment, growth and development, fluid balance, pediatric medication safety and care of children experiencing common health problems.
Foundational nursing concepts involving child health, family-centred care and recognition of important clinical findings.
Analyzing patient information, recognizing significant cues, identifying priority problems and selecting appropriate nursing interventions.
Understanding how nursing decisions influence risks involving medications, clinical deterioration, infection prevention and safe care.
Helping learners interpret patient scenarios, compare answer options and understand the clinical rationale behind safe decisions.
Beyond the classroom
Tincy's journey began with an early interest in athletics during her school years in Kerala. She initially participated in long jump before progressing to triple jump, developing as a competitive athlete through school, university and national-level events.
Her achievements included success at the Kerala School State Championships, School Nationals, Kerala University Championships and national junior and youth competitions — years of training, technical improvement, concentration and perseverance.
“Preparation, consistency and the willingness to learn matter in sport—and in the work of educating nurses.”
